My Background
With 25 years of experience in the luxury design field, I specialize in various aspects of interior design, including spatial planning, flow management, cabinetry design, architectural millwork, kitchens, bathrooms, libraries, and studies. As a freelance designer, I offer a comprehensive range of services and expertise to my clients. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse locations such as London, NYC (tri-state area), Seattle, Florida, Texas, and beyond.

My professional journey has involved working in multiple kitchen design showrooms, predominantly within the luxury sector. Notably, I dedicated 11 years of my career to Clive Christian Furniture, a prestigious British-based bespoke interior furniture brand with over 50 years of industry legacy, where I held various roles.
During my tenure at Clive Christian, I achieved significant milestones, including participating in the Kips Bay Decorator Show House for two consecutive years. This annual event in New York City showcases the talents of renowned interior designers who transform a luxury Manhattan residence into an exquisite display of fine furnishings, art, and technology. Additionally, I had the privilege of designing the bathroom and closet of the launch apartment in the Woolworth Building, one of the nation's most iconic skyscrapers.
Over the years, my career has allowed me to develop an extensive design network, which keeps me abreast of current trends and ensures that I possess the latest knowledge to serve my clients effectively. Furthermore, my experience in real estate equips me with valuable insights into market conditions, enabling me to assist clients in maximizing the value of their investments in home design, both now and in the future.

I love to entertain and to cook for friends and family, enjoy adventures all over the world with my husband, and have 2 adult daughters, one of which I just designed a second kitchen for!
My Origin Story

I ventured into the world of design while running a dessert catering business and nurturing my love for cooking and hosting. My journey began while renovating my own kitchen with a realization - many designers prioritized aesthetics over functionality. Knowing there had to be a harmonious balance between the two, I embarked on a quest to fuse practicality with beauty. With a household bustling with young children and a penchant for entertaining, I yearned for an open kitchen concept that allowed me to be part of the festivities while preparing meals.
However, finding solutions for a small kitchen with a mere 4-foot range and refrigerator posed a considerable challenge. I approached this personal puzzle with determination, drawing on my innate spatial awareness and affinity for solving intricate problems. I delved into the realm of kitchen design, starting with an introductory book that outlined contemporary design principles and utilized paper models to conceptualize the space I envisioned. And that’s where my journey into design began, driven by a passion to bridge the gap between luxury aesthetics and practical functionality for myself!
